CPI (M) the opposit party sieged Anchuthengu Panchayath Office on 16.8.2011. Because the ruling party desided to appoint a non qualified person as N.R.E.G (National Rural Employment Guarentee) scheme superviser.
In the interview of this post eligible persons are disqualified by the president and the ruling party. They desided to appoint Mr. Mosses(near the school). But the secretary, the opposit party and one of the member in the ruling party mr. Thobiyas also opposed against it.
